9999vin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 9999vin, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This applies to all sections of the platform without exception.
• You must register with accurate, truthful personal information. Providing false details — including a fake name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one account on 9999vin. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim additional bonuses, is prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from the platform.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 9999vin is permitted by any laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

9999vin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once registered, your 9999vin account is your responsibility. This includes the following obligations:

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share them with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 9999vin support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensure that all personal details associated with your account remain accurate and up to date. Outdated contact or payment information may delay withdrawals.
• Your account is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to operate your account.

9999vin will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 9999vin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically processed within seconds of confirmation.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits with fast processing times.
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — direct bank-to-bank transfers in PKR.

• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallet services.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such transactions may be reversed.

9999vin reserves the right to request proof of a payment method before processing a withdrawal if the deposit method used has not been previously verified.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 9999vin are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent payment fraud and protect all players on the platform. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the funds become withdrawable.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming sections of 9999vin, including sports betting, live casino, bingo and esports wagering:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• 9999vin reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, system fault, or market manipulation. Voided bets are refunded to your PKR balance.
• In-play bets on cricket, PSL, T20 matches and other live events are subject to slight delays in acceptance. The odds displayed at the time you submit a bet may differ slightly from the final accepted odds due to live price movement.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant sports or casino section before placing a bet.
• Any account found to be engaged in irregular betting patterns — including arbitrage, matched betting using promotional funds, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform — may have bets voided and the account suspended.
• Live casino results are determined by the relevant game provider's certified random number generator or live dealer process. 9999vin does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Bingo results are generated by the platform's certified random draw system. All results are final.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

9999vin offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance becomes available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms, which are published alongside the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 9999vin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus already credited will remain subject to its original terms.
• Attempting to abuse promotions — including creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Free bet bonuses and PKR credit bonuses are subject to separate terms. These will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 9999vin. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account for any reason.
• Using another person's account, payment method or personal details without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to defraud 9999vin or other players through any means, including collusion in live casino games or bingo rooms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting a known bug, glitch or pricing error in any section of the platform rather than reporting it to support.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using 9999vin to process funds from illegal sources through deposits and withdrawals.
• Making threats, using abusive language or harassing support staff or other players.
• Depositing funds with no intention of genuine gameplay — for example, depositing, wagering minimally and immediately withdrawing, which may indicate abuse of payment processing systems.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

9999vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any condition set out in these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicious activity that suggests fraud, money laundering or coordinated abuse.
• A request from the account holder to close the account for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 9999vin will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, balances associated with the breach may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted, 9999vin's total liability to any player in any given period shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the same period.

11. Privacy & Data
